On January 26 there will be a MPL HOA Board of Directors' Meeting at 7:00pm in the Jula Room of the Wycliffe Auditorium. Click here for the agenda.
November 2, 2011 - New Management Company
Effective January 1, 2012 Hara Management, Inc will be the management company for MPLHOA''. You will shortly, receive in the mail remittance information from Hara Management for your 2012 association assessment fees. However, you can continue to contact Sentry Management with any other issues until December 31, 2011.

- MPL is on Facebook! Find us here and "Like" us. Then invite your neighbors to Like us as well. That way you can all stay in touch with MPL news and events. If we can connect with enough neighbors this way, the Facebook page may replace the current MossParkLanding.com. It would be a lot easier to maintain and update.
March 12, 2011 - Lost Necklace
A nice-looking necklace was found near the bus-stop at Wewahoottee and Eliotti. If you have lost a necklace, please call Gene at (407) 208-1163 and describe it. If it's yours you can arrange pickup.
March 12, 2011 - Kids Destroying Trees
Several of the neighboorhood children have been tearing limbs off the trees at or near the common area near the playground. The magnolias are now very unattractive, and pine trees appear to be next. There are two cedar trees which have been damaged because children climb them and the small limbs cannot take it.
The children have also been pulling back the mulch at the playground to get to the sand underneath. They are throwing sandballs at the pavilion, leaving a big mess.
I know kids will be kids, but at some point they cross a line. Please remind them to be respectful of community property.
A similar notice was sent last year. Please be reminded that the board can hold the families of the children involved with tree damage responsible for the replacement of the trees. Thank you.

Snakes!
A pygmy rattlesnake was caught in MPL (see photo on home page). Please take this opportunity to remind your children to be careful around snakes, spiders and other critters when playing outdoors.
