February 15, 2010 - Damaged Trees
It has come to the attention of the Board that children that live in the community are damaging trees in the common areas, particularly around the park area. While it is nice to see children playing in the park area, it is disappointing that certain kids are destroying the trees.
Please note the Board is working directly with Sentry Management as we will find out who did this. Please note that the parents of the children that have done this will be asked to pay for or replace the damaged trees.
Parents are encouraged to speak with their children about respecting the common areas or our community. This destructive behavior is vandalism against our community and will not be taken lightly by Moss Park Landing Homeowners Association.

Thursday, February 25th, 7:00pm - MPL Beautification Meeting
The Beautification Committee would like your input regarding the improvement of our community appearance. We will be discussing plants at the entry, playground improvements, littering, tree destruction and more. Please attend and share your thoughts. We will meet at 11014 Taeda Drive. Thank you.
April 23rd and 24th - Community Garage Sale
Time to clean out the closets and go through the garage? After receiving feedback we have scheduled our annual garage sale for Friday and Saturday, April 23-24. Friday is for earlybird shoppers and Saturday is the big day. We had a great turnout last year on Saturday. (We will have better signs on the main roads this year.) You can participate one or both days. The cost is $10 per house, which covers advertising, permits and signs.
